Summary
- Waitlist / free beta. FluidGrids is currently in private beta / pre-launch. There is no self-serve paid signup yet, so refunds are not applicable until paid plans go live.
- Paid subscriptions (when live). You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your workspace billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Annual plans. If you paid annually, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase or annual renewal. After 30 days, annual fees are not refundable.
- Monthly plans. Monthly subscription fees are not refundable for partial months or unused quota.
- Billing errors. If we charge you in error (e.g., duplicate charge, wrong amount), contact us and we will refund the overcharge.
- Material reduction in functionality. If we materially reduce generally-available functionality during your paid subscription term, we will give you 30 days' notice and you may terminate for a pro-rata refund of unused prepaid fees.
- Enterprise customers. Refund terms for Enterprise accounts are governed by the signed Master SaaS Agreement (MSA) or Order Form, not this self-serve policy.
1. Scope
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to self-serve subscriptions purchased through FluidGrids' website or app. It does not apply to:
- Free beta / waitlist accounts (no fees are charged).
- Enterprise or OEM customers with a signed MSA or Order Form.
- Third-party services you connect through FluidGrids workflows.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of that period. After cancellation, your workspace reverts to the Free plan or read-only state according to the then-current Free-plan limits.
3. Refund eligibility

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with:
- Your workspace name and registered email address.
- The invoice or transaction reference.
- A brief description of the reason for the refund request.
We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approval is at our sole discretion except where refunds are expressly required by this policy or applicable law.
5. Chargebacks and disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us first. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of your account and additional fees.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our billing and pricing evolve. Material changes will be notified by email and posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
