Data Processing Addendum

This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") supplements the Terms of Service or Master SaaS Agreement ("Agreement") between you and Algoshred Technologies Private Limited ("Algoshred", "we", "us") for your use of the FluidGrids Service. It sets out the terms under which Algoshred processes personal data on your behalf as a data processor.

1. Scope and roles

When you put personal data into FluidGrids (for example, workflow definitions, run inputs/outputs, connection credentials, or workspace-member data), you are the controller / Data Fiduciary and Algoshred is the processor / data processor. Algoshred processes such data only on your documented instructions and in accordance with this DPA, the Agreement, and applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and, where applicable, the GDPR / UK GDPR.

2. Subprocessors

Algoshred uses the subprocessors listed in our Subprocessor list to host, secure, and support the Service. We enter into data-protection agreements with subprocessors that process personal data.

3. Security and confidentiality

Algoshred implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest, access controls, and audit logging. Personnel who may access personal data are bound by confidentiality obligations.

4. International transfers

Customer Data is stored in India by default. Where personal data is transferred outside India, such transfers are protected by intra-group agreements and, where required, Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

5. Your audit rights

You may request information about Algoshred's security and data-handling practices. Once per year, and subject to reasonable notice, you may request a summary audit questionnaire or, where required by applicable law and at your cost, an on-site audit of the controls relevant to your data.

6. Return and deletion

On termination of the Agreement, Algoshred will, at your choice and where technically feasible, return or delete your Customer Data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
