Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the FluidGrids Service operated by Algoshred Technologies Private Limited ( "Algoshred", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Lawful use only

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including those of India and any jurisdiction from which you access the Service.

2. Prohibited activities

You must not use the Service to:

• store, process, or transmit illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or harmful content;
• upload or distribute malware, ransomware, viruses, exploits, or other harmful code;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or related systems;
• circumvent rate limits, billing meters, licence keys, audit logs, or security mechanisms;
• send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or phishing communications, or operate open proxies or anonymisation relays;
• use workflows to process regulated personal data of third parties (children's data, government-classified data, payment-card data subject to PCI-DSS, electronic health records, biometric IDs, Aadhaar data) except under an Enterprise Order Form expressly permitting such use;
• resell, sublicense, or provide the Service as a managed or hosted service to third parties;
• develop a competing product or service, or benchmark the Service for publication, without our prior written consent;
• violate applicable export-control, sanctions, or trade-restriction laws.

3. Automation and API use

You may automate tasks and call our APIs only within the quotas and limits of your plan. You must not use the Service to overload our infrastructure, abuse free-tier resources, or interfere with other users' use of the Service.

4. Credentials and integrations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity that occurs through your account. You must connect only integrations and services you are authorized to use.

5. Reporting violations

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to [email protected].

6. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe, in our reasonable discretion, that you have violated this AUP or that continued use poses an imminent security, legal, or operational risk.

7. Changes to this AUP

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
